Skyline’s Many Shades of Success
October 1, 2009 – 5th business is pleased to report another client success story. When Skyline noticed the number of inactive accounts on the books, they decided to take action. Armed with a list of customers that had fallen off the radar, Skyline called 5th business to formulate a plan.
A hard-hitting, visually appealing direct mail campaign became the method of
choice, and 5th business got to work developing a concept that would leap out of
a customer’s mailbox and convey a clear call to action for those customers that
had either made no recent trade booth purchase, or had switched to a competing
vendor.
The “Many Shades of Success” campaign was developed to highlight the flexible
options available from Skyline, and addressed budget and economic concerns head
on. Rather than focusing only on big ticket purchases, other avenues were
explored, including rentals, as well as ad-ons or refurbishment for existing
booths. The personal options and flexible pricing were a hit with
customers – and Skyline too. The imagery and “Many Shades of Success” concept
have been integrated into Skyline’s broader marketing plan and has been featured
in corporate presentations, trade show appearances, and employee communications
and training materials.
